Dr. Eggers is a civilian provider in the OB/GYN clinic at the Navy Hospital, Oak Harbor - Whidbey Island. I have found him to be very easy to talk to, willing to answer any questions in laymans terms not "medspeak," and he genuinely seems to care about his patients - truly helps them make the best decisions for THEM.
