After changing my doctor, who, after 17 years, had deliveered my children, decided to leave me hanging over insurance, I was not to eager to trust anyone with my issues. My new Family Doctor, who replaced the old one who retired, referred me to an OB/GYN specialist who she felt was caring and had a nice bedside manner.
I met Dr. Gaudreau on APril 19th. She had received ALL of my medical records. When I walked into her office, EACH staff member treated me like an old friend to whom they hadn't seen in years! By the time she came into the room, I didn't want to leave! Her manner reminded me of my first doctor when I was a teenager. She explained EVERYTHING to me in a respectful manner and treated me with the utmost respect. On May 3rd, I had my surgery and she NEVER changed her demeanor and made me comfortable an assured that I had made the right decision.
