Dr. White was my OB/GYN for many years. The only reason he is not still, is that I moved too far away to continue seeing him. He is a godsend, ad directly responsible for the healthy delivery of my 3 children as well as the tubaligation performed by his partner at the time, Dr. Schneider.
I was quite young when I first became pregnant, and unlike other doctors I had seen, he was very understanding and did not treat me as if I was a complete moron.
During my second pregnancy, due to change of insurance, I briefly went to another OB. At my second appt. I asked a question regarding a new cyst that had developed. The Doctor's response was " You don't need to worry about that" and that was all. No explanation, nothing.
When I found out, immediately after this appointment, that Dr. White would accept my new insurance, I made an appointment with him. It was not even 5 seconds into my exam and I didn't even have a chance to ask about the cyst, Dr White noticed it, explained what it possibly could be. But also said he would do a biopsy to ensure I didn't need to be concerned and if it was a problem he would drain it,as to not interfere with delivery. OK, now I'm hooked.
So as soon as I was considering a third child, I made sure that Dr. White was available and would again accept my new insurance.
He has an excellant beside manner, very informative and would never treat you as unimportant. He's been in this field of medicine longer than I have been alive. Since my son is almost 20, that's quite some time.
Have always reccommended him to anyone who is able or in need of an outstanding and caring OB/GYN.
