Dr Shin has been my gyn for several years now. She has a wonderful personality and is always in a good mood. I don't think I've ever seen her without a smile on her face. She listens attentively to what your saying and geniunely cares about you as a patient. I had problems with long, heavy periods for quite a long time. We tried numerous different options always being very conservative until we finally had to discuss a hysterectomy. She listened to my concerns and answered all my questions and I know I must have driven her and her staff crazy with all my questions, but she never seemed aggrevated or annoyed. She addressed all my concerns and made me feel at ease about a very difficult decision. She always treated me with dignity and respect. She did the surgery and did a wonderful job. I would recommend Dr. Shin to anyone. The group she is a part of is a wonderful team of all women physicians specializing in ob-gyn; and their office staff are just as caring and personable as the physicians.
