This is a doctor that goes out of his way to help patients even if they can't pay. He elps and has a interest in his community. He actually spends time with each patient and isn't caught up in the norm of the average doctors office where you are just a number and the doctor makes you wait and wait and then pushes you out the door., and just treats you like a number.
