Dr. Paul Francel is a good friend of mine and my husband's. He retired from medical practice 12/24/08. He is now a minister. He graduated from seminary 8/24/2012. He saved my husband's life from what was called a terminal, inoperable brain tumor by others. He has been tumor free for over 13 years and has done very well. He is our hero.
