Dr. Phillips is wonderful! I went to her through out my entire pregnancy and she's always caring and compassionate about what she does and makes you feel very comfortable. My son was delivered 6 wks ago via c-section and I can barely even see my incision. I will be going to her for regular check-ups and for the birth of my future children.

great doctor!!! I had to recieve a leep procedure and she did a fantasic job. no signs of hpv for 2 years. She is by far the best ob too i reccomend this doctor to every woman

I have been to many Doctors and she is the best! I was not pregnant or trying to get to get pregnant, I just needed a good girly doctor and I feel I have found the best..

I love Dr. Phillips. Every visit to her office is an easy transaction. I never have to wait very long and her staff is amazing as well. I am very glad to have found her after seeing 2 other doctors previously for my pregnancy. I feel very confortable with her, and her ability to do what is right for myself and my child.

Dr. Cynthia Phillips is an awesome Dr. She's very attentive and answers the many questions I ask without hesitation. She's very up to date with the current literature and new research. She has excellent bedside manner and I highly recommend her!

I was going to Dr. Phillips before she separated from her previous practice. They told me she had dropped out of practice and was unavailable. I was not satisfied with the doctors from whom she was separated. I asked the pharmacist about it and discovered that Dr. Phillips is indeed still in practice and is available. I have located her and plan to go back to her next time my prescription needs to be refilled.

I liked that Dr. Phillips listened to my personal needs and had an orientation to health that I considered positive, not negative.

Dr. Phillips is not only great at what she does, but very personable and makes going to the obgyn very easy. I recommend her to anyone that needs a good dr. for long term or short.

She is no longer working off medical center blvd. in Webster. I highly recommend searching for Dr. Phillips and using her, not her past associates that continue to work in her previous office.

I have been a patient of Dr. Phillips for several years now. She is so very kind, compassionate and concerned about the entire well-being of her patients, not their pocketbooks! She always makes it a point to make me feel at ease and to ask about other areas of my health and family. Truly a joy to have as a doctor!

Dr. Cynthia Phillips D.O. Ob/Gyn treated me with compassion and care from the first appointment when I presented with severe pelvic pain. She recommended the proper series of diagnostic tests to eliminate possible causes and was able to make a tentative diagnosis of Adenomyosis after a laparoscopy that left me with little pain or scarring. The LSH she performed was without complications and I had an easy recovery with significantly less pain than prior to the surgery.

She has always been professional in her dealings with me and her philosophy is holistic treatment, allowing her to take into account the impact of treatment on the individual's mental and emotional state.
