Dr Alvear is wonderful. He has a busy practice, but what makes him exceptional are two things: he remembers you from one visit to the next, and he prescribes nature -identical hormones! He has a 'hormone lady' work in his practice who can answer all your questions on hormone treatment. He then prescribes, after talking to you, and then you get your medicine compounded. I am so glad I took a friend's advise to go and see him!
