Dr Burichin is a caring, trustworthy doctor. She doesn't just treat your condition. She asks questions. She keeps digging. She listens. She gets to know you. She's down to earth.
I'm not a very demonstrative person. She got to know me and recognized that I'm not the kind of person to complain or act out without reason. She knew that when I told her that something was bothering me, that it was definitely something she needed to look into.
I was diagnosed with cervical cancer in late 2000. Dr Burichin performed a procedure to remove the bad cells. She recommended that I go ahead and get a hysterectomy. I decided to go ahead with the surgery in early 2001. She performed the surgery without complications and worked with me through my recovery.
In late 2001, I started having pain in my abdomin. She knew I wasn't one to complain. She found a cyst on one of my ovaries. She recommended that I go ahead and have both ovaries removed. She performed the surgery and worked with me and my family through my recovery.
I respect her for her proactive approach to treating me. She doesn't take chances by waiting around to see what happens. She personally calls you to let you know results and recommendations. She remembers your name and your family's names. She's an overall good person and excellent doctor.
