Dr. Frances is a wonderful and caring physician! Dr. Frances is an OB/GYN and he delivered my daughter at Daviess County Hospital. He was very attentive and so personable during my pregnancy. Don't let his young age fool you, he's quite capable as a physician!! I never had a problem getting an appointment with him or with his nurse practicioner (who is just wonderful as well). And before my due date, he requested I set up an appointment with the other physician in his office just to meet and greet him, and I was just as impressed!!

I recommend Dr. Frances to everyone I know! He is so compassionate and really cares about giving his patients the very best care. Over the time from when I first began having problems to after I actually had my hysterectomy, he personally called to check on me 3 or 4 times. I've never even had a nurse from a doctor's office call, let alone the doctor himself. He's a great doctor.
