Dr.Tolan is one of the very few doctors that I would recommend to anyone. He truely cares and wants to help you find out thats wrong. He seems very experienced and seems like he knows what he's talking about. The waiting time was very little. The office and overall location was very clean. Staff was friendly and helpful.
