I have been Dr. Kevin E. McCarthy's patient for 2 years. He shares an office with his father who is also a very well respected surgeon. Dr. McCarthy specialities are Breast, Colorectal, General & Advanced Laparoscopic surgery. He has performed 3 surgeries, one that kept me in the hospital for 5 weeks. Seeing a doctor everyday for a month can really tell you about them! He is an experienced, compassionate, warm, friendly doctor. He kept me advised and kept my spirits up. Dr. McCarthy is very, very easy to talk to. He takes what ever time is needed to explain and discuss the problem, I have never been hurried . I've had tests done in the hospital and looked up to see him there checking on things. He has always called the house to see how I'm doing after a surgery! This is very comforting! He is seeks advice from others, is diligent in overseeing my care. I have considered myself most fortunate to have found him and highly recommend him!
