Known by his patients as "Dr. John", he has a wonderful bedside manner with all ages. I have been a patient of his for almost 35 years. My 2 year old grandson, who was visiting from out of town, needed medical attention and when I called Dr. John he said, "bring him on in". When examining my grandson he held his attention by listening to "Thumper" while checking his lungs, the "Tweety Bird" while checking his ears, etc. Also, during these 35 years, there was a period of about 6 years in which I was not a patient of Dr. John's because I had insurance in which his office did not take at the time. About 10 years ago I was visiting a friend in the hospital and Dr. John saw me in the hallway and came up and gave me a hug and asked how I had been doing - THANKFULLY due to that conversation I found out he was accepting my insurance and I am now a patient of his again. Highly recommend him to anyone and everyone.
