I would highly recommend Dr. Smith to anyone who is looking for an infectious disease doctor with excellent "bedside manner," who is truly caring, and informs the patient about their condition without an inflated ego. I found him to be genuine and very approachable.

As a breastfeeding mother with a bad Staph infection postpartum, I had many questions. He answered each one without flinching or appearing to be in a hurry. For myself, I have a great apprehension about doctors in general. My apprehension was quickly dissolved by his attention to the person, not the number or dollar.

I highly recommend Dr. Daniel Smith. He is an excellent and caring infectious disease doctor. I recently had an infection due to infected mesh in my abdomen and had to have surgery to remove the mesh and infection. Dr. Smith made sure I understood the medications I was on and also noted the types of medications I was currently on and what medications I should stay away from that would cause a reaction. I was very impressed by this, as no other doctor has done this.
