Dr. Wheeler has been my doctor for over 8 years. He is a truly kind and gentle man. He is a professional but truly cares for his patients. He senses the needs of his patient. He is very sympathetic and listens to how you are feeling not just the medical facts. He goes to great lengths to make sure that you understand what is going on and are comfortable with any decisions. He also seems to genuinely remember me and my history each time I am in his office. I don't feel as though I am a number to him like some doctors. He has been my OB for four pregnancies. In the last one, he took me back as a patient at 34 weeks and did everything he could to help me have a successful delivery. He recommended an external version with my third pregnancy and it was successful. I was able to avoid a c-section. He also performed an external version the day I was induced with my fourth pregnancy.

With the help of friends, I was able to find one of the
finest doctors I've ever met, trusted, felt comfortable with and very professional. I had lost my trust in doctors for several years and thanks to him I am able to take better care of my health and believe that there are doctors who will give you their time and truly cares about your health. He is a delight to be around, joyful and easy to talk to and able to sense your needs mentally as well as physically.

I had a vaginal hysterectomy. I was well taken care of pre-op and post-op.
