Dr. Disraeli has been my gynecologist for almost 28 years. He got me thru the regular things--birth control, pap smears, etc.... He saw me thru cervical dysplasia, infertility & lumps in my breast. He also was there thru all the years that I had painful, heavy periods & helped me manage them. He performed my hysterectomy in November when it became apparent that my situation was only getting worse & there were no alternatives. (He also performed my mother's & grandmother's hysterectomies years ago & delivered my nephew almost 16 years ago). He is one of the kindest most caring people that I have ever known. He is straight with his patients & he does really care. He no longer does obstetrics but offers the full range of gynecology & specializes in menopause maintenance. I have complete & total confidence in this man & would recommend him to anyone. I know that he has only my best interest at heart when treating me. If the easiest, least invasive treatment would work, that's what he did. But he always knew when it was time to just say "enough is enough" & take the treatment to the next level. He exhausted all the possibilities up to the point where it became a threat to my health. But he never forced a particular treatment down my throat. He laid it all out for me--the good & the bad--& let me make the final decision but he never pulled any punches when it came to his opinion about what would be best. No matter how worried or afraid I was, he could always calm me down. I'd trust him with my life & will be his patient until the day he retires.
