I highly recommend Dr. Lebowitz. A couple of years ago I was diagnose as having a monoamniotic/monochorionic twin pregnancy. This particular type of pregnancy is very difficult and extremely rare. The doctor that I had been seeing didn't deliver twins and was very negative about the possible outcome of my pregnancy so they referred me to Dr. Lebowitz. At first I was very skeptical of how I would be treated since my experience up to this point had been negative, but Dr. Lebowitz was very friendly and assured me that there is always room to hope for the best. He listened to all of my concerns and allowed me to be involved in my own care. Ultimately I ended up going inpatient and he saw me every day for the 8 weeks I was in the hospital. The outcome was that I ended up with two beautiful and healthy identical baby girls.

I saw the same GYN for about 30 years so when he passed away and I needed a doctor, I saw his partner, Dr. Lebowitz. It was extremely difficult for me to see someone new and I was very apprehensive about whether I would 'like' him! This is a very busy office so I was immediately pleased he took me on as a new patient. I had a history of fibroids in my uterus and he called me personally to go over test results before I ever saw him in his office. He took a lot of time to explain options and gave me his honest opinions over the phone. I had a hysterectomy in 2005. I believe Dr. Lebowitz to be an extremely experienced, comforting doctor and put all my trust in his abilities. I highly recommend him to anyone needing an OB/GYN.
