Five years ago, I was diagnosed with Ovarian Cancer, Stage 1B. Dr. Im was the Surgeon who operated on me and directed the chemotheraphy treatment thereafter. What more can I say, Dr. Im saved my life. Had he not been such a skilled Surgeon, I probably would not be alive today. I had a cyst the size of a cantelope. Not only is he a skilled Surgeon but his people skills are second to none. I highly recommend him.

Dr. Im is the best. There arent many doctors willing to really listen to your concerns. I was tired of being but in a box of what females go thru, and when I found Dr. Im all that was over. Dr. Im will listen to you, give you options and together you will decide whats best for your treatment. He makes you feel able to trust him right away. I never felt unsure about anything when leaving his office. He is very skilled at what he does. After my surgury he visited me, making sure I didnt need anything, and someone from the office will make sure you dont miss a appt. A little over a year later, you can barely see a scar where I had my surgery. Anyone that is looking for a gentle,caring doctor, Dr. Im is the one. Dr Im is an amazing doctor and surgeon as well as a compassionate professional that truly cares about his patients. Dr Im was highly recommended to me when I needed to have surgery and my doctor of many years had missed problems and never followed up with me. I confidently recommend him to any woman in MD or surrounding areas.

I became a patient of Dr. Im in April of 2008 after being diagnosed with cancer. He is an extremely knowledgeable and compassionate doctor. I have only met one doctor before Dr. Im with whom I felt so comfortable.

He travels to the Eastern Shore of Maryland from Mercy Medical Center in Baltimore and he is the one "go to" doctor for women's gynecologic oncology on the East Coast.

Dr. Im is an awesome doctor. He is very compassionate and it is very obvious that he cares about the well being of his patients and what they are going thru. I’ve been a registered nurse for 25 yrs; I’ve known Dr Dwight Im since he was an intern at Johns Hopkins many years ago. He was one of the best interns at Johns Hopkins, one of the smartest, brightest and utterly kindess I've ever known. He has always been very considerate and knowledgeable in his field of practice. He is one of the few doctors left that will go beyond the call of duty for his patient's , he’s detail oriented and extremely thorough. I would not trust my female concerns with any one else. He’s the doctor of choice for many nurses. If you want the BEST of the BEST call and make an appt with Dr Im at Merch Hospital as soon as possible.

I would highly recommend Dr. Im to any woman who needs surgery for a gynecological problem. Dr. Im is a Co-Director at The Gynecology Center in the Harry and Jeanette Weinberg Center at Mercy Hospital in Baltimore, Maryland. About one year ago he did a complete hysterectomy on me. Fortunately, I was one of the lucky ones and did not have cancer. I found him to be extremely compassionate, friendly, and knowledgeable while being professional. He actually has a sense of humor as well. He will take the time to answer all your questions but I would suggest you prepare them before your appointment. The physical building is beautiful and offers women everything they might need. The staff is incredibly nice and professional as well.
