Dr Brown just completed my abdominal hysterectomy. She was wonderful. When my fibroids were first found, a different surgeon told me that she wanted to do the surgery immediately and would have to do a vertical cut to get the fibroids and uterus out.
I went to Dr. Brown for a second opinion and she was patient with me, offering to watch the fibroids carefully to look for changes. After several years and she gently told me when it was time. She made me so confident and explained everything is great detail...I was finally ready. Dr. Brown was able to do the surgery with a horizontal bikini cut and everything went great. She even took extra time in surgery to save an ovary that was attached to the fibroid, just because she told me that she would do everything she could to leave the ovaries
I'm so glad its over and would recommend Dr. Brown as a wonderful OB/GYN and a very talented surgeon.
