Dr. Goldman is probably one of the best doctors I know. I’m not a fan of many doctors, but he truly cares about his patients & their well being. He gives the best medical treatment possible and at the same time has a demeanor that is warm, comforting, considerate, passionate & understanding. He is an extremely talented and intelligent doctor. I believe all patients should have a doctor like this & I would recommend him to anyone I know!

I was referred to Dr. Goldman earlier this year by a coworker who felt he saved her life twice, and have already referred others to him. Though his offices are over an hour from my home, her glowing recommendation made him sound worth the trip, and he certainly was. Unlike my previous doctor, he truly listened to my concerns, complaints, and requests, and honored MY wishes (rather than decide for me based on his personal views) for permanent birth control (tubal ligation, which my previous GYN refused to perform before I turned 40). He removed my IUD and performed a D&C, at which time he discovered fibroids (which explained the excrutiating pain/excessive bleeding my previous GYN had dismissed for several years). We discussed my options, and decided on Laporoscopic Supracervical Hysterectomy, which was done a few weeks ago.

Aside from the procedures & discoveries, his bedside manner is very comforting. He is laid-back and welcoming, with a protective big-brother feeling. He returns phone calls to discuss concerns, and truly seems to care about his patients. Anyone in the Long Island area would do well to be treated by him.
