Dr. Burns is a wonderful orthopedic doctor. He has performed orthoscopic surgery on my knee for a cartilage tear and he has done surgery to repair torn ACL on both of my husband's knees. He has extensive training and has been the doctor for the US Ski team. He is very friendly and down to earth. He explains all treatments in easy to understand terms and takes time to answer all questions. He does x-rays in his office which is a wonderful time saver. I would highly recommend Dr. Thomas Burns to anyone in the Central Texas area.
