Dr. Briody delivered 2 of my children, the second one being a c-section. It ended up being an emergency and without his expertise, my son would not have made it. He also performed my vaginal hysterectomy. Before that he recommended I see Dr. Massee to have an endometrial ablation, but when they found a polyp of precancerous cells, he recommended I have the hysterectomy and answered all my questions and recommended exactly what I keep and not keep, and told me it's not always possible to do a vaginal one, but he would try his best to not have to do an abdominal if at all possible. He's got a great bedside manner, makes you feel like you're the most important patient he has, and always takes the time to explain everything to you until he's sure you're comfortable with what's going on. I highly recommend him to anyone in the area needing an OB or GYN.

Dr Briody is the BEST doctor anyone could ask for. He's so patient, he listens carefully, and cares so much for his patients. I only wish he was a family practice doctor so my whole family could see him. He delivered both of my boys, the second being a very tricky c-section. My baby was breech, but he gave me the option of what i wanted to do, try to deliver it that way, or go ahead with the c-section. I wasn't sure what to do, so asked him, "what would you do if i were your wife?", and he said, "We'd be off to surgery", so away we went! Good thing, he was so twisted in his umbilical chord, he never would have made it. He also did my hysterectomy, and took tons of time to explain to me why I needed it, and what I could keep, without causing anymore problems. He's just WONDERFUL! If you live in the area and are lucky enough to have him for your doctor, you're truely blessed!
