I cannot say enough about Dr. Carlson. It was by chance that he ended up being my physician, it was truly a blessing. I have been a patient of his since July of 2008, when I was expecting my first child. We had been seeing another Dr. in the office and she was going to be on maternity leave so we choose Dr. Carlson. My husband and I both couldn't have been happier with the care we received. We had a very long delivery with some complications. Dr. Carlson was not only professional but very personable too. He stayed with us during the last 3 hours of my labor and did a great job reassuring my husband when we had some complications. I am a nurse and felt that the care we received both in the office and during the delivery was outstanding. He not only spoke on my level but also made sure my husband was informed also. We would recommend him to anyone who is wanting a Dr. that truly cares about his patients. His nurse is also very good.

A friend recommended Dr. Carlson to me and I have not found a better OB-GYN out there. Dr. Carlson has been my doctor for about 5-6 years. I have seen him for my regular GYN checkups and also as an OB. He has delivered both of my two boys and was also my sister's doctor. You know going for a GYN visit is never fun, but Dr. Carlson really strives to make you comfortable and I always felt that I could ask him anything (even those really embarrassing questions). He is very educated and always has an upbeat personality. My husband also thought very highly of him and was able to talk to him easily. Another thing to mention is that Dr. Carlson has a great nurse, sometimes that is just as important. The office is very professional also. They offer financial advice, high tech equipment and a soothing atmosphere. I am only sorry that I have moved away from the area now and couldn't bring them with me.
