Dr. Marcos has been my neurologist for many, many years. I am one of his first patients-and I consider myself young. Even though the waiting at his office is forever, it is worth it. Dr. Marcos is very caring. He talks and deals with his patients as if they were family members. When I have been in the hospital-for reasons unrelated to neurology-I have called him and he answers right away and visits as soon as possible. Last time I was in a hospital where he has no rights to, but quickly contacted another doctor so that he could go see me. He called me on the phone all the time to make sure everything was being done as he expected. He is an excellent human being and a great doctor.

In 1989 Dr. Alverez and his excellent team saved my life. I was under his care for advanced cervical cancer. He performed surgery to not only remove the cancer but to also remove my bladder. He did an excellent job.
Several months later I developed an intestinal blockage and was raced 90 miles from my nearest hospital to UAB where Dr. Alverez was. This time the whole hospital was involved in my care because of multiple complications. They did not know if I would live or die but Dr. Alverez never gave up and continually researched my condition and all possible treatments and after a month I returned home. No doubt in my mind UAB and Dr. Alverez and his team saved my life and 25 years later I am still doing fine. He is the best doctor there is for cancer and makes a great bond with his patients.

Dr. PK is a lovely person and a wonderful doctor.
Dr. Khamvongsa is my gyn and obst... he delivered my first baby and gave me strenght during that time.

Dr. Erban is a very thorough, very thoughtful doctor. He is always aware of the latest advances in treatment for breast cancer, and always willing to discuss what treatment is best for me personally.
It is terrifying to receive a diagnosis of cancer, but Dr. Erban's quiet manner and willingness to listen (REALLY listen) to his patients has certainly made my journey through treatment and recovery much easier.
Dr. Erban has been my Oncologist since I was diagnosed with Stage I breast cancer in November, 2007.
I had 2 miscarriages before requesting to see a specialist. I am eternally grateful for being referred to Dr. Mac. I now have two sons, ages 4 and 6, and refer anyone and everyone I know with fertility concerns to Dr. Mac. If it can be done, he and his team will find a way. The folks in this office restored my faith in medicine; they take every family's situation personally.
Dr. Birnbaum seen me when I was at a very low point, My chronic pelvic pain, continued after 2 surgeries and 3 wrong diagnosis by other MD's & OBGYN's.
He is a specialist in reproductive endocrinologist, Chronic Pelvic pain & PCOS
I contacted him via e-mail, and I asked if he thought he could help me, my local doctors told me they done all they could and they kept passing me around to different specialties and I wasn't getting answers, except to stay on pain killers.
Dr. Birnbaum said he likes a challenge and to make an appointment & bring my records. He sends out a questionair to help organize symptoms & what was tried in the past. I took my record, photo's of surgeries, lab results & pathology reports with me.

I came to Dr. David Schechter because of a painful and difficult sciatica leg problem. I found him to be a caring, open and skillful diagnostician. Dr. Schechter has spent the necessary time with me in order to probe deep into the nature of my disorder, both on the psychological level as well as the physical. I trust him and am working slowly through this mysterious ailment with his careful help. I recommend Dr. Schechter to anyone who needs a thoughtful and concerned family or sports injury physician.

I was the Engineer from OHIO Nuclear, Inc who worked for Dr. Sullivan. About 5-6 years later he explained the epilepsy that effected my youngest child to my wife. Today my daughter is free of seizures. She is 34 years old and has not had to take medication since she was age 12.

He is a wonderful doctor for Endometriosis and other female related issues. He supports a natural approach as well as a medicinal approach. He works with the options you give him with out giving you a hard time. Very wonderful bedside manner and very professional. He preformed several sugeries on me, including the Da Vinci hysterectomy.
Dr. Reardon has delivered both of my daughters. I delt with a lot of discomfort throughout my second pregnancy and she was always willing to listen to my concerns and always offered suggestions with compassion and understanding. She even took the time to come up after we had my second daughter to see how things were going, even though she wasn't on duty. She's very involved and caring. She's a great doctor and I would hate to see anyone else.
Dr Sawyer is my OBGYN and I recently became a patient to resolve my issues with uterine fibriods. She is wonderful! Answered all my questions in detail and never made me feel rushed. She was also very accomodating to my needs. She is confident and knowledgeable - which is very important, but also very warm, friendly, and made me feel very comfortable with her. I am so glad I have her as a doctor and she certainly made my recent TAH go as smoothly as it could have possibly gone. My surgery went well and the incision site looks very good... everyone I've shown it to is impressed with how good it looks. I will recommend her to any and everyone. I can't say enough good things about her!
Wonderful doctor, very thorough and cares greatly about his patients! Called me personally at home the night before surgery to discuss changes in the procedure and to answer any questions.
Dr. Luciano and Dr. Lamonica, both are amazing physicians. I recently had surgery to remove several large fibroids, the outcome was achieved and they were all removed successfully.
