Dr. Lotze is a second generation blessing. I was first serviced by his father, Dr. Eberhard Lotze, for a partial hysterectomy in 2005. Several months later, I begin to have some problems in my vaginal area. It turned out to be a cyst that ended up dissolving and I thought I was healed. In fact, I triumphantly told both Drs Lotze that I was but Dr. Kim Miles and Dr. Peter Lotze said differently. Well, I told them I was fine and if it begins to hurt again, I'll come back and see you. Three years later, I was back in his office. He just looked at me, smiled, and said, "You ready now?" He and his staff are very friendly and make you feel like you are the only patient they have. Kim, one of his staff members, was especially helpful and always a joy to speak with. I highly recommend Dr Lotze for his awesome attitude and because he's a praying man who gets answers to his prayers.

He actually CARES about his patients, is very understanding, caring, professional, careful, and thorough. I would highly recommend Doc Fotiadis for all ages from 0-100.
I recieved my first pregnancy test at the hospital. When I was told I was pregnant, I was given a referral by the doctor to see Dr. Clinch. When I went to that first appointment I wasn't expecting him to be as nice as he was. Throughout my pregnancy (this was my first) everytime I went in to see him he would always greet me with a hug and a smile. Whenever he would let me listen to my baby's heartbeat he would always say to me "Hi Mom." When I was 1 day past my due date (March 4) he gave ME the option of choosing to put an end date to my pregnancy. We decided that if I didn't go into labor on my own that we would induce labor on the 10th of March. He also made it clear that there was the possibility that I would need a C-Section. I went into active labor on March 8th. When labor stopped progressing, Dr Clinch had to induce labor with Pitocin and when that didn't work I ended having the C-Section. Dr. Bedia had 19 years of experience when I went to see him. he is not only very cheerful, comforting, friendly, trustworthy careful, thorough and considerate, but very patient and understanding. He is very good at explaining and answering any questions you have. Wonderful bedside manner. Finally a doctor that doesn't want to use me as an experiment!
I went to see him for "monthly" issues. I had tried hormone therapy, birth control, ablasions etc. and still had the same problem. It was determined quickly that an abdominal hysterectomy was needed, because of the scar I had from a previous abdominal surgery (would prevent the laproscopic). I had a total hysterectomy with a BSO and thank God I found Dr Bedia so he could help me start living my life again at age 40.

Dr. Maggie Yu is an AMAZING doctor!! I was a patient of hers through Providence . I moved my care to her new practice when i found her again, and is now my daughters pediatrician as well. I drive 15 miles out of my way just to see her.
Maggie is a wonderful doctor. She is straight to the point, funny, caring, and has a wonderful approach. She gets an A++++ from us!
I would not trust my families health to anyone else other than Dr. Yu.

I have know Dr. Hawkins for several years when he use to belong to Dr. Malone's group at California Foot Doctors. I didn't follow him at first to his new office but after I was mistreated by the new group Bakersfield Foot and Ankle Surgeons and later at Dr. Malones office I decided to go back and see Dr. Hawkins. He is wonderful. I am glad I found him again.
Great to look at, even better to be treated by. Clear, concise, cheerful - the consumate professional. The examination is comfortable and EVERYTHING is explained. Here's the kicker - he listens completely and makes sure he understands what your fears and complaints are and makes informed, intelligent, caring suggestions going forward. You'll never want another gyn.

Dr. Fontenot is a very thorough doctor. He does not try to rush you out like some doctors would and he answers all of your questions. I would recommend him to anyone.
When I had to change ob/gyns I was nervous because I wanted a good doctor. Luckely I found Dr Hovenga. I've been seeing her for almost 3 years and I love her. She always makes you feel comfotable and like you are her only patient. I recently had to have a colposcopy, I was terrified but her a he nurse were wonderful even when I almost passed out! I have to back for another procdure next month and I'm not scared becuase she is an awesome doctor.
I highly recommend her.

Dr. Hawkins is a great person. I was treated at Memorial wound care center. I had an amputation by another doctor who recommened I lose my leg. I was reffered to Dr. Hawkins as a last resort and I thank God everyday I was. He managed to close my ulcer and I am back driving and doing what I love to do.
I have been a patient of Dr. Cross for a little over a year. I know she has a devoted following of patients who have been with her in this geographical area for many years. I find her to be professional, kind, helpful, and, in short, a very good doctor.
I was going to Dr. Phillips before she separated from her previous practice. They told me she had dropped out of practice and was unavailable. I was not satisfied with the doctors from whom she was separated. I asked the pharmacist about it and discovered that Dr. Phillips is indeed still in practice and is available. I have located her and plan to go back to her next time my prescription needs to be refilled.
I liked that Dr. Phillips listened to my personal needs and had an orientation to health that I considered positive, not negative.

Dr. Argenta is an extremely gifted surgeon in both skill and compassion. All the accolades in the previous postings are true and richly deserved. In 9/08, I was diagnosed with an aggressive form of ovarian cancer, stage IIc. Because of Dr. Argenta’s talent in surgically removing the cancer, my CA-125 level went below 100, a 97% reduction. After one chemo treatment, my CA-125 level was in the normal range, and continued downward with each subsequent treatment. The results speak for themselves in regards to his expertise in gynecologic oncology, and in essence I feel that he saved my life. His wisdom, kindness, and willingness to listen to and answer all my questions will be of tremendous benefit to help me down the pathway of cancer survivorship. Any woman who finds herself facing a similar situation should see Dr. Argenta. I am grateful beyond words that he is my doctor.

Dr Boyd is a great Dr! I was referred to him when I became pregnant w/my first daughter. My friend said he was a wonderful Dr w/a fabulous bedside manner! She was right! He is not only wonderful during pregnancies but takes great care of you after!
I have never been a big fan of getting Paps or just having an exam in general. He makes you feel so comfortable and at ease! I never dread going to the dr when I see him!

Dr. Bowen treated me and my brother for severe scoliosis for years. I turned 18 in 1988 and was discharged from Dupont after wearing the orthoplast jacket, Dr. Bowen's recommendation for a brace instead of surgery proved to be correct. I am now 39 years old, cosmetically correct, and gave birth to a wonderful boy 5 years ago. Friends from the community who have been treated by Dr. Bowen have also had positive results. My parents and I consider him an important part of our lives. He had a wonderful influence. Thanks, Dr. Bowen!

Dr. Plavidal has been my OB/GYN for almost 25 years. He has cared for me through various events in my life including the pregnancy and delivery of all three of my children. I still remember delivering my children at Women's Hospital and having the nurses ask me who was my OB, and when I mentioned Dr. Plavidal, the response was always, "Oh, I love him! He is the best!" Over the years, I have moved further and further from the Medical Center and I have changed many doctors, but I will never change Dr. Plavidal, even if I have to fly in to see him. I trust him and always feel well cared for.

Dr. Peterson is the best doctor I have ever had. I wish she was my PCP. She has done several laparoscopy surgeries on me. She is very personable and takes the time to listen and understand you as a patient. I highly recommend her. I have been on supplements she has given me and it has changed my life. She is a one of a kind doctor and I can't thank her enough for providing such great care!
