I recommend Dr. Addis because she is a competent and caring physician. She is my regular OB/GYN and performed my hysterectomy. She patiently answered all of my questions regarding the surgery and was extremely caring during my recovery. I never felt like a "number." I healed quickly without complication. Her staff reflects her high standards for quality health care. I have tremendous confidence in her abilities and highly recommend her.

Dr. Shawl is the warmest, most caring OB/Gyn that I have dealt with. I initially was a patient of his partner's during my pregnancy in 2001, but was seen by Dr. Shawl because his partner had to cancel my appointment. He was so great that I decided to stay with him. He not only delivered my daughter, but also my soon 4 years later.
I have also recommended him to several friends and associates, who have nothing but great things to say about him.
John Oliver is talented, but I don't think it's his medical talent alone that makes him a good doctor. It's his ability to communicate two directions with his patients that makes him a stand out and probably saves a lot of lives. For several years, I've had some problems that my previous doctor's staff blew off and explained very slowly to me as if I was just getting a knack for speaking English, "You're get-ting old-er." and I felt foolish for having told them. I waited almost six months to tell Dr. Oliver what was going on with me (waiting for my yearly) and he was worried about this and asked why I didn't tell him sooner. He explained to me that there were signs of getting older but that my gynecological issues were signs of problems, no matter what another doctor and his staff said. Perhaps my symptoms were not unusual, but they were dangerous to blow off.

I have been seeing Dr. Paley for many years (10+) and she is by far the best internist. She is patient, caring, and extremely knowledgeable of women's health issues. She has a busy practice with her partner, Adele Sykes, yet appointments are not rushed and she takes the time necessary to deal with your concerns. Her newsletter (e-mailed, no charge) provides information on current medical issues, and her writing style is entertaining and interesting (great sense of humor!).

I found her to be very involved in her patients. She also had a complete hysterectomy so she knew where I was coming from. She was able to relate to my concerns and questions. I was relieved that she knew from personal experience about my fears of having this surgery. She also was able to answer my questions about the different ways to proceed with HRT. She was very caring and friendly to me and my husband. She included him and made him feel a part of what was going on with me and to me.
Highly recommended. I was treated by Dr. Scartascini 7 years ago during a very complicated and risky pregnancy. Dr.Scartascini went above and beyond what was expected from a physician during this time. I will recommend him and his partner Dr. Rogers with all my heart.

I have been a patient of Dr. Guenther's for almost 7 years. He was my OB when my twins were born, and helped guide me through a very high-risk pregnancy. He collaborates very well with other medical specialists (I had to also see the perinatologists during my twin pregnancy), and he always makes sure that the patient's needs are considered first. I have just had a total abdominal hysterectomy done, and again, he has proven himself to be a stellar physician. He always answered my questions completely and never made me feel like I was stupid for asking questions. He goes above and beyond the regular call of duty for his patients, and for that, I am grateful. His team of nurses and his team of fellow OB/GYNs are also exemplary, but Dr. Guenther is the doctor that keeps the place running so smoothly.

I met Dr. Attar in Aug 07. I had been having gyn issues. He was very patient and listened to all I had to say. He did some tests and then he made two suggestions and told me that he would do what I wanted to do. He was not pushy. He saw me 2 times before surgery as preop consults to be sure I knew everything I needed to know and was sure of my decision. His office staff is awesome and really help him keep all of the balls in the air. He is quiet and soft spoken and knowledgeble. I have felt wonderfully taken care of by him and his office staff from the first visit. HIs office is on Milstead Ave in Conyers, GA. Well worth the trip if you don't live in the area!

I have worked in the same hospital that Dr. Tate practice's in, for the last 3 years as a labor and delivery nurse. He is patient and always present. He believes a women's body already knows how to have a baby if we leave her alone. He does things that other docs don't do anymore such as vbac's and breech vaginal delivery's, when appropriate for the women. I have recommended him to one of my very close friends and if I were to have another baby he could take care of me. If you have been told it can't be done see him for a consult. If you want a Dr. who is more like a midwife, call him.

I was guided to this doctor when she began her practice in the mid-80's and I have stuck with her for about 20 years. She was the family doctor for my son until he went away to college and for my daughter from her birth on.
Dr, Beard has a ethic of providing the best service through listening to her patient and developing a complete picture of the person. For any health problem requiring medications, she usually starts the least harmful dosage possible and adjusts it over time. She is brilliant, has taught at a local medical school, and is very conscious of what techniques are available.
She made the conscious decision over 12 yrs ago not to participate in any health insurance program so she can retain control of her ethical freedom and be the best advocate for her patients, at no small financial risk to herself.

He is incredibly experienced. He is kind, soft-spoken and really listens. He does not push when he gives options and spends all the time you want him to spend with you. He treats his patients as if each one is special and is deserving of his best attention and effort. He is very calm and polite and even takes your hand to help you up off the table!
I had a very difficult third pregnancy and delivery by c-section and he soothed my fears and handled what turned out to be a very complicated delivery with his
usual calm expertise and quiet confidence.

Dr. Heins like everyone has previously said is a wonderful doctor. I have had some mild complications with my pregnancy and he has one above and beyond the call of duty to ensure that I am well informed and being cared for. He even called me personally....I never had a doctor do that before...always it was the nurses who delivered the news.....I STRONGLY recommend this doctor as well as the ENTIRE staff at Sheboygan Womens Heath

Dr. Payne has been my doctor for over 13 years. He's absolutely amazing! He's also a very caring doctor; he displays empathy which is essential to an IC patient.
