Dr. Forgy is one of the kindest, gentlest, most caring doctors I have ever known. She spends as much time with you as you need and always treats you with care, concern and respect. She performed a salpingoopherectomy on me and treated me aggressively for endometriosis, and I sadly had to leave her due to a change in my insurance, but think of her often and am very grateful to have had her as my OB/GYN.
Dr. Armon is very thorough and caring. When she discovered my fibroids, she took a conservative approach and told me we would check again in a year since I was close to menapause and they could shrink or disappear. When we did another ultra sound the next year, she was adamant we deal with it. When I burst into tears (having nothing to do with the actual hysterectomy) and explained my irrational fears, she was very empathetic and comforting. This was a major difference from the last gyn I had been going to a few years ago. When we discovered precancerous cells on my cervix, he gave me three choices of treatment, the last of which was, "We can just take it all out." Which is why I began going to Dr. Armon. On the day of surgery, as I met her in the operating room, I was tearing up and shaking even with meds in my I.V. to calm my nerves. Dr. Armon held my hand and talked to me until I was out. She is a very real person who has a heart for her patients.

Dr. Iskra is very kind to each of our three children. She does not push medication, but only gives what she truly feels is necessary. She patiently listens to all of our parental concerns, and answers them to our complete satisfaction. She even answers when we ask what she would do if she were dealing with her own child, which has comfoted us when our children refuse non-prescription medicines. We have had to call her after hours for our son who has allergic reactions, and for our daughter who was severely premature. No matter the hour or the day, she is friendly and patient. We like her so much that we chose to follow her when she moved to an office further away, rather then seek another, closer doctor. I would highly recommend her to anyone, without reservation.

I have had this Doctor for several years. She specilizes in OB/ Genecology. She had been in this field for years. I trust her with all of my female issues. She is always friendly and willing to answer my questions no matter how many I have. She was there after my surgery with all the support that I neede. Asked contantly if I had any pain and if I needed more meds. I couldn't ask for a better Doctor. I would recommend her highly. She does different types of surgeries, she tied my tubes and then assisted on my hyster. I don't think she needs to improve on anything she is great the way she is.

He is with the North Florida OB/Gyn group in Fleming Island, Florida. He is an outstanding Doctor and recommended Hyster Sister's website to answer all of my question related to my total hysterectomy(wonderful site to prepare yourself and family). Dr. Powers in his practice actually did my very complicated surgery and is absolutley an extrodinary doctor and surgeon. They have been wonderful to me before and after, And i went through a total of 10 different physician and was never very comfortable with male doctor's, But had no worries at all with them. Every question is answered and just therequality of compassion for their patients is outstanding.

Dr Chang has a wonderful manner and is excellent at putting patients (young, old or in the middle) at ease during what could be embarrassing exams. He is gentle but you know he is thorough and considers all the options.
He was recommended to me several years ago by a medical assistant at another practice, and when my GP saw who carried out my hysterectomy (with complications), she smiled and said "He's the best in the area". I am convinced that it was his skill that prevented me from having a ruptured bladder or bowel.
He has been giving me routine exams for several years, all done efficiently and to my satisfaction. When I started having problems, he helped me weigh the options and conducted my surgeries himself. Each time, he was there when I came out of the anesthetic to reassure me and paid several visits during my hospital stays, nights, weekends, early mornings as well as during the working day. I highly recommend Dr. Scott Striplin as an OB/GYN. I receive excellent care from him in general, but it was his actions following a severe and deadly health scare that is so admirable. I contracted an unusually severe case of MRSA infection last May during surgery for a general hysterectomy. It was only because of Dr. Striplin's care and follow-up that I was able to get back in the hospital and have the second surgery to remove the infection and save my life. The infection was caused by the hospital, not the doctor! The hospital didn't adequately follow through with wound care. Dr. Striplin stayed with me all day to make sure I was okay.
Many doctors deliver excellent care and service, but Dr. Striplin served ABOVE AND BEYOND to make sure his patient received all necessary care. He was calm and reassuring, yet firm and confident. I must suggest to any and all of those ladies out there who may be experiencing issues with their female parts or expecting a baby Dr. Joseph T. Brooks in Chico, CA. I've been his patient now for over 15 years. He delivered my second child, he did tubal ligation where they discovered that I had large liver tumors, one of which was blocking my hepaptic artery in 97 which I underwent major surgery of which Dr. Brooks and a team of specialists performed this surgery. Over the years, he has monitored my health conditions even when they didn't pertain to his specialty field. Last November after 5 yrs. of trying to tough out heavy periods with debilitating pains, I finally agreed to a hysterectomy. Dr. Brooks says I'm the medical mystery for most docs. My pathology showed that I had a severe case of adenomyosis, which is a rare form of Endometriosis. I was able to keep my ovaries as I am barely 39 yrs. now... Dr. Duggan is a very caring and understanding doctor. He listens to your concerns and problems. He will try to do a less invasive procedure first. I have been a patient of his for about 3 years, and have seen other doctors in his practice for over 12 years. They are all wonderful doctors and I would recommend any of the doctors at Contemporary Obstetrics and Gynecology.

Dr. Robert Clark's motto is "treat the patient the same way I would want to be treated". He throughly examined me, explained my condition, gave me several options, and told me the consequences of each option. He is polite, gentle, compassionate, relaxed, professional and friendly.
He pokes his head in the door of the examine room to let me know he'll be with me in a minute. He offers his home number and cell phone number on his answering machine and did not sound irriatated when I called him on a Saturday.
He is confident and competent with 35 years experience.
His office staff are friendly, comforting, professional and they treat me like a person, not just a patient. His office is clean, the waiting area is welcoming and the wait is never long!
He's the BEST! There is NO room for improvement!

This doctor is very professional and very thorough. His bedside manner is wonderful. He is what I would call an expert in his field. When I tell people who performed my surgery, they all tell me he is one of the best. I was very fortunate when my appointment was made with him for a second opinion/consultation. He explained why I needed surgery and answered any and all questions. He also encouraged me to bring my husband to my office visit prior to surgery so he could ask questions as well.
When I developed other symptoms 6 months after my surgery that I thought were normal, I called and he got me in right away. He explained that what I was experiencing was a lack of hormones and felt bad that I had waited so long to see him. Now I won't go to anyone else but him for GYN.
I have been Dr. Franks patient since I moved to Ohio in 2002 from Atlanta GA. I am now spoiled to the kind of care and compassion I get at the Hunter Trace Office. They are the type of family practice all should get use to.

I was sent to Dr. Detty for surgery after findings of tumor and such on ultra-sound and on the CAT scan. My CA125 was elevated as well. My family doctor recommended Dr. Detty and I am so glad. He talks to you on your level and informs you of every procedure or test even meds. He listens and replys. I take a list of questions in and he looks at it and answer each and every one. He made an effort to help my husband understand all I was going through and what to do during and after the surgery to help me and my recovery. I give Dr. Detty 2 thumbs up and more. He and his staff are the most caring health care professionals I have ever encountered.

He performs a relatively new procedure for cervical cancer called a trachelectomy. Depending on the progression of your cancer, a trachelectomy is an option to treat cervical cancer that could save your fertility. It is a delicate procedure performed by only skilled surgeons. He was very positive and gave me hope when at 29 I was told I should have a radical hysterectomy by the two other doctors I consulted before him. Dr Morgan has a good bedside manner and didn't speak down to me like many doctors do. I would tell any woman facing gynecologic cancer in the area to see him, he was great!

DR.Tsatsas is the most kind,heart warming,and just a all around great dr, he mad the past 1 1/2 seam not so bad. I hope hes still around when my daughter older. I tell everyone about him so if you need a great dr go see him.

Dr. Henderson has taken very good care of my family since we moved to Crosby in 1980. He has taken care of my entire family through many illnesses and various other health issues. He's very patient and thorough. His staff are all great too.
I HAD A PARTIAL HYST A YEAR AGO, AND HE WAS A REFERAL FROM A FAMILY MEMBER WHO ALSO HAD A TOTAL HYSTER. HE IS CARING PROFESSIONAL AND ACTUALLY TAKES TIME OUT TO SPEAK WITH YOU DURING EVERY VISIT, HE WILL SIT WITH YOU AND ANSWER EVERY AND ALL QUESTIONS, AND ON THE PHONE TOO. HE HAS A LARGE FOLLOWING AND THERE IS A WAIT BUT HE IS WORTH IT.

After suffering from chronic insomnia, fibromyalgia, hormonal problems and being a general mess, Dr. Coleman has saved my life and gotten me on the road back to health. I had visited many other doctors (sleep specialists, OB/GYN, rheumatologists), but none took the time to really listen to me like Dr. Coleman. She also was willing to keep trying new things when other treatments did not work, rather than saying "Just stay on this," like other doctors did. While I am not yet where I want to be health-wise, Dr. C continues to work with me, and I have improved tremendously in the 3 years I have been seeing her (after 10 years of declining health and poor treatment from other doctors). I highly recommend her, although she has a long waiting list--she is worth the wait. She blends traditional medicine with holistic, and has weaned me off several harmful pharmaceuticals. During "routine maintenance" she found a mass on my right side and insisted I see a specialist, who subsequently found fibroids. After my surgery, she came to see me in the hospital to make sure I was being treated ok. After I got out of the hospital, she insisted I see her so that she could check me out. She has always answered all of my questions and helped me cope. I have always found her to be comforting and helpful.

Molly is the utmost professional who makes you feel like she is a friend as well. She gives you her all and takes the time to remember you and your family as well as tending to your medical issues. She has done a D & C, uterine ablasion, and ultimately a total hysterectomy on me. I felt comfortable and well taken care of. She is the model to hold others up to. I have recommended several of my friends who have come away with the same opinion of her. I love her and wish I had found her years earlier. She works in an all female practice who cater to the needs of women, whether it is for infertility, or OBGYN needs. The community at large has recognized all of the doctors for their achievements and they have the awards to prove it.
