Dr. Collins took the time to make sure I understood everything that was going to happen to me. She was very patient with all my questions, and my husband's questions. She offered several options and discussed all the pros and cons of each to help me make the decision that was best for me and my family. When my surgery went to "worst case scenario" she was attentive and supportive post-op. She didn't try to rush me thru appointments. She was very easy to talk to and didn't spew doctor-speak at me like some doctors I have had to deal with in the past. I would recommend Dr. Collins for anyone in the Dallas Metroplex.

I had a hysterectomy 11-10-06, I was45, I had heard all of the horror stories and was scared to death. Dr. Hinkle assured me that after the procedsure I would have a better quality of life. At the time I did not, or should I say, would not let myself beleive this. I only let myself beleive the stories I had read and heard about my sex life being over and my horomones going crazy. I enjoying life to the fullest today, and Dr. Hinkle was the key to my new life. He never told me things just to make me feel better. He let me know exactley what to expect and when to expect it.

I have been seeing Dr. Erica Royal for several years, and she is by far the most compassionate, caring physician I have ever seen. She is very involved, and I believe truly cares about providing quality care for all of her patients. I once had a biopsy on my breast, done by another physician, but Dr. Royal took the time to call me herself the next day to make sure everything was okay! I was totally blown away by her concern. I would VERY HIGHLY recommend Dr. Erica Royal.

I went to see Dr. Hightower after having surgery to remove a cyst that ended up containing Borderline Ovarian Caner cells. I ended up having a total hysterectomy. Dr. Hightower actually is a gynecologist/oncologist. He is the only one in a very large area of the state that specializes in this specific field. He was very informative about whether we needed to go with chemotherapy or not. He pulled out book case studies for us to look at to back up his opinions and he also has years of experience treating patients with similar diagnosis. He was very comforting, trustworthy, and is diligently following up with visits every 4 months for testing to make sure I am still doing well.

Dr. Beiswenger handled my hysterectomy. He was very well informed on alternative procedures and very thorough in looking at all of my options. he is an excellent surgeon and has wonderful bedside manner. He seems to always be in a good mood! I appreciated his honesty, thoroughness and thoughfulness. My recovery went exactly as he explained it. I truly wish that I had had him for a doctor when I'd had my babies as he is a wonderful doctor. I highly recommend him.

Dr. Johnson is very competent. This Dr. cares about you and will take all the time you need to feel good about his care. This Dr. is very friendly and matter of fact. He will look you in the eye when talking to you. He is very trustworthy. Will ask you how everything else is going in your life. For example he will remember if you were having trouble with teens from previous visit and ask if it got fixed. I like the care I have gotten and do not have any suggestions on improvement. I go year for my female check up and have been seeing him for female troubles. He will be doing my surgery and I feel very comfortable having it done cause I know he will do it.
She is a terrific doctor and she really takes the time to listen to all of the concerns I have. She is compitent and has a very calming and relaxed way about her. I would recommend her to anyone. She is also very well versed on all the latest research and studies and willing to try new things.
If you live in the Charleston/Mt Pleasant area of South Carolina, you must consider seeing Dr. Christian Geier. She is an excellent physician. She specializes in Laproscopic hysterectomies.
She's great!!!
I highly recommend this Dr. the first time I walked into her office she gave me a diagnosis and explained to me what was going on, this was after years of menstrual problems and no other dr. having a clue as to what was going on.
Thanks to her within weeks I was feeling better.
She is cheerful, friendly and easy to talk to.

Dr marici was very helpful going over what options were available to me. He performed my hysterectomy and my recovery was not bad, I feel this is in part due to his knowledge and experience with this surgery. I know of a few other women that have had him for their surgery and they all have very good things to say about him.
He is cheerful, upbeat and caring.

Dr. Domingo is a GYN and does his own patients surgeries for hysterectomies. He is a very patient and attentive doctor, friendly, with a good and caring bedside manner. He calls his surgery patients every day after surgery for a week to see how they are coming along. I had a complication early in the evening 2 weeks after my surgery and he met me at the ER and fixed me right up. I was very frightened and he was very patient with me. While he did not offer me any information about how the lack of hormones would affect me, I didn't ask either. I had no idea about it causing emotional feelings and such and would have felt better about it had the information been offered to me. But all in all I feel my surgery went very well, I had a good doctor and I would recommend this doctor for any women who need to have GYN issues addressed.

Dr. Batson is a family doctor. He is always kind and considerate of the patients feelings and wellbeing. I have three children that I take to him. He is great with my children and really listens to what they are telling him as far as how they are feeling, what is going on with them. He will go as far as to joke and play with them during routine visits. He will come to thier level for them to understand what he is discussing with the parent. That is amazing to me, as most doctors don't care... this one does.

Dr. Clayton is a wonderful doctor, I was having panic attacks and couldn't figure out why. With some blood tests he found out my testerone levels were 3 times normal and he told me to go see my Gynecologist and talk to him about Poly Cystic Ovarian Syndrome. I went to my Gyno and as he was doing my exam he found a mass on my right ovary which has now been removed. I have also recommended him Gyno on this site as he is wonderful. (Dr. Brian Dunkelberger) I feel that Dr. Clayton listened to my concerns, he didn't just get a prescription pad out and start "drugging" me. He took the time to find the problem and now I am feeling great. He wanted to work with my Gyno and make sure I got the best care possible.

Dr. Powell is a very compassionate physician. She really listens to her patients and takes them seriously. In addition, she is very cautious and thorough. Dr. Powell is a doctor I trustfor all gynecological care including obstetrics. When other doctors may dismiss something as a minor complaint, she will listen and follow through with explanations. She always seems to take time to make sure her patients are well-informed and gives personal attention to each every patient, no matter how busy she is.
Dr. Powell delivered my second child 19 years ago. She has continued to be my OB/GYN since. She has treated me for pre-eclampsia during my last pregnancy 4 years ago, cysts and PCOS, and recently performed my hysterectomy. She is also my daughters ob-gyn and we trust her completely.

Dr. Hill is a part of Total Woman here in Louisville. They offer mammograms in their office, you don't have to go somewhere else. Here are a few of the other things they offer in office: dexa scan, breast ultrasound, ultrasound & 4D ultrasound, lab, lactation specialist, sex therapist, urodynamics nutritionist, laser vein & hair removal and massage. This is a practice of six doctors. I have persaonally seen 4 of the 6 doctors. They are all wonderful! They take their time to explain everything in details. They are honest, upfront, caring doctors. Anytime I have ever had a problem they find a way to get me in their office that day. I have never felt rushed or left with unanswered questions. It is by far the best practice I have ever been to.

After dealing with endometriosis and several treatment options, my gyn recommended a hysterectomy. He told me that an incision would be necessary due to the endo.
Fortunately, Dr. Nezhat utililizes advanced laproscopic procedures which allowed for my extensive surgery (5 hours) to be completed without the large incision.
Dr. Nezhat and his staff followed my recovery closely with several personal calls from him and his nurse.
He is unusual in that he treats the entire system and considers all symptoms in diagnosing his patients. His goal is for his patients to have the highest quality of life possible.
I highly recommend him!!

Dr. Kathryn Copeland is a woman physician specializing in urogynocology. She is very caring and addresses you with care and concern. She referred me to a special group of Physical therapists to help treat complications from internal muscle tightness/pain from the incisions made during my surgery. I was so fortunate to have Dr. Copeland lead me to a non-invasive approach to getting through the last stages of healing. Can't say enough good things about her.
