I've had four ob/gyns since moving to Iowa 10 years ago. Dr. Johnson is the one I'm most comfortable with. His calm mannerisms and his demeanor added to provide comfort to me as the anesthesia took effect. Surgery is not a fun event in one's life. Having a doctor who seems to genuinely be interested in your well being (rather than "getting this done so I can get to the next patient") is a tremendous help. I was so touched by him looking directly into my eyes and telling me he'd be right there after I awoke, I wrote him a letter of thanks. I've been under general anesthesia four times and this was the only time a doctor was so overwhelmingly soothing and gentle. What a great doc.

Dr. Hubbard and all of the associates at Carolina Ob/Gyn have been WONDERFUL. I have been seeing Dr. Hubbard since 2001, when I was pregnant with my first child, he has seen me thru the birth of my two beautiful children and my sisters children.
As I know embark on the next part of my journey, he is still there with me.
Dr. Lopez is an awesome well rounde OB/GYN!
He delivered my baby girl & also performed my hysterectomy w/ such experience.
He is extremely knowledgable, explains everything.
He listens to his patients, makes you feel like you not just a number.
I trust him w/ my life, in fact he saved mine in the O.R.!
He is always cheerful & energetic, friendly & always lifts your spirits!
He treats his patients w/ respect, honor & kindness.
Dr. Lopez is a wonderful doctor who truly cares!

Dr. Benezra is the most caring and best doctor I have ever had. He is exceptionally skilled and understood my concern for a "nice scar" after a few c-sections. Unlike many other Ob/Gyn's, Dr.Benezra's bedside manner is superb! He is always cheerful and friendly. I have seen Dr. Benezra for both obstetrics and gynecology, and find that he is always thorough, patient, and willing to listen and answer all my questions. I never feel rushed when I know he has more patients. I would HIGHLY reccommend Dr. Benezra.

I have been seeing this doctor since before I had my first child, and he is now 5 years old. I am a mother of two and he has delivered both of my children at St. Anthony's. Words cannot express how great this doctor is. I have had different problems over the years and he always has answers to concern's and problems and doesn't sweep problems under the rug. He treats his patients well, he has a wonderful sense of humor, he will make you laugh! He listens to your concerns, follows up and tells you what would be the best thing to do. I do not think I would leave this doctor, ever! All three of them (the brothers) are great, but my preference is Richard Brennan. They come from a family of OB/GYN's and I live in North County now and I still drive all the way to south county ,through both pregnancies and for check ups, just because he is so wonderful. The best OB/GYN I have ever had and he is WORTH IT!! If you can get in, get an appointment today! You will love this guy!

After enduring 4 gynecological surgeries within 5 months under the care of another gynecologist, I was referred to Dr. David Kiley by a friend who is also a physician. My medical history is very complicated, and my course of recovery before seeing Dr. Kiley has not been typical. Dr. Kiley has been patient, comforting, and friendly. His quiet confidence from our first visit put both my husband and I at ease, which is something we hadn't felt from our old gyn in many months. HIs office staff is professional, caring, efficient, and make patients feel at ease. I'm so grateful to have met Dr. Kiley and to be under his care. I feel like I'm finally headed down the road of recovery and I wish I would have had him for my gyn in the first place! His experience and knowledge truly has made a difference in quality of life for me and my family.

Dr. Simckes is a wonderful doctor! I have been seeing him for 13 years and he delivered my first baby last summer. He made an easy pregnancy even easier (we got to see the baby on the ultrasound at almost every visit), and a scary delivery much more bearable. He was very calm and presented us with options (along with the pros and cons), which was wonderful in a situation where I felt out of control. The best part was that he wasn't even supposed to be there - his partner was actually on call the day that I delivered, but he volunteered to come in to "see it through." I would highly recommend Dr. Simckes to anyone!!

Dr. Aguayo is fantastic. She truly understands her patients and is completely honest and up front with them. Her staff is fantastic and never make you feel rushed or in a hurry - no matter that even you can see when they're really busy! She is incredibly easy to talk to and laugh with. She doesn't believe is prolonging a problem just because you can and takes her patients wishes very, very seriously. I switched to Dr. Aguayo at the recommendation of a friend and after my previous doctor went out on a mysterious "indefinite medical leave of absence" leaving all of his patients in a lurch. Dr. Aguayo saw me almost immediately - and I wasn't even her patient yet!! Not many physicians will do that. I have already recommended her to my sister, mother and all their friends! And so I wanted everyone else to meet her as well!

I have known Dr. Southall since 1988. He is a wonderful person, very professional, and extremely compassionate and caring. As a nurse, I have seen Dr. Southall works with patients, and families and his concern for them is obvious. He is what is called a holistic physician in that he treats the whole person physically, emotionally, psychologically and spiritually. He is gentle, kind and listens to his patients and families. He is a very busy man but is always willing to take a few minutes to listen if his patient needs him. I have been seeing Dr. Southall as a patient since the early 1990's, and though I don't get to see him everytime I go in, it is a joy to have a visit with him. He and his practice handle all of my general physical and emotional illnesses. Dr Southall is a devoted Christian and devoted Physician. Sincerely, Cheryl W.
Dr. Zanotti is so patient and helpful - plus a very skilled surgeon. I would recommend her highly to anyone. She is a specialist in Gynecological Oncology and her examinations are extremely through and she is more than willing to take all the time the patient needs to discuss their options and her recommendations. She is also very patient with the families and explains everything she is doing, or has done to them throughly, as well. Also, she has a very gentle can caring manner.

I suggest this doctor because he really cares about you and how you feel.He really listens to you and explains things in "layman" term if needed. He is very cheerful,friendly and I trust him with my life. And added feature....he is very Handsome! He can be strict when he needs to be but its for your own good! He treats you with much repspect.All the women in my huge family have switched to him. One more thing about Dr. Moore, for those of you that had the pleasure of being one of Dr. McDainel's patients ,he reminds me ( and others have told me) that Dr Moore is so such like Dr McDainels.He has "that kind of touch".And Dr Moore told me that he actually trained under Dr Mac! (Bless his soul)

Dr. Haile is the most personable Obgyn I have ever been to. He actually wanted to know what I had to say, and how I thought he could help me. I found out that I needed a TVH, and he explained things in detail. Questions that I was too embarrased to ask, were answered in casual conversation. He didn't leave anything out at all. He even offered to sit down with my husband to answer any concerns he may have. He was very patient and comforting, and really took his time with me. He didn't make me feel like he was rushed and had to get to the next patient.

Dr. Chudacoff is amazing! I became his patient in 2003 after finding out I was pregnant for the first time. This pregnancy ended as a missed abortion and I had to have a D&C. My first surgical procedure ever! He was great and took time to explain all my options and to help me deal with the situation. I became pregnant again and he delivered my son in July 2004. He is very caring and supportive. He talks with you on your level and personally. I am having some new issues (complex ovarian cyst) and have a new GYN and I miss Dr Chudacoff. I will never find another doctor like him. He is truely one of a kind. I am considering flying out to see him in Vegas, I trust his opinion and he delivers it in a true caring fashion. Jackpot in Vegas!!

Dr. Banks has been my OB/GYN for 4 years now. She is kind, gentle and completely thorough in her practice. She recently did a LSH on me and did an amazing job. She is the kind of doctor that anyone would hope for when dealing with women's issues. I simply cannot say enough about Dr. Tracey Banks and would highly recommend her to anyone.

Dr. Kris Schmidt is excellent OB/GYN. She is extremely personable and very easy to talk to. She is very friendly, cheerful and trustworthy. She is proacitve and if there is an issue she takes care of it immediately. When needing an ultrasound she orders it and reads the results during your appointment. She makes you feel like a person. She did my LAVA/BSO procedure and I think she did an excellent job. She put all my fear at ease and my recovery is going well. She is an experienced and an excellent surgen. I have very little pain as well. I highly recommend her. She's great!

I would like to share my medical experinces so other woman know how wonderful and talented Doctor Tamer Seckin really is.
I am a very healthy and fit 45 year old but do have a history of a ruptured appendix at age 17, causing peritonitis and two surgeries to remove abscesses. Subsequently, I had two ectopic pregnancies in my 20’s, causing the removal of one ovary.
As I got older I was aware of my fibroid condition, which seemed to be getting worse in the past few years, as my periods were much heavier and becoming more frequent. My GYN suggested a sonogram, which did reveal a signifinat number of fibroids. Upon consulation, he informed me that a partial and or full hysterectomy was the best and recommednded method to treat this condition. He was very firm about this path to follow and was discouraging about other techniques. After all, I was already almost 46 and not to far away from menopause.

great bedside manner, very helpful and truthful, gives guidance in a very caring manner......trustworthy......gives you all the options upfront.....great with my family after my surgery. This doctor performed my hysterectomy and is currently my oncologist. I see him every three months. very diligent and returns calls in a very timely fashion......
