I highly recommend Dr Douglas Brown at Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston. On Dec 2, 2017 I had a lyproscopic hysterectomy with Dr Brown and everything went smoothly. I had very minimal pain and barely visible incisions. He is kind and very knowledgeable. He has an outstanding reputation as a highly skilled surgeon and is even the recipient of a Bronze Star Medal for his surgical services while under attack by the enemy while serving in the US military! I felt comfortable with him and very confident in his care the moment I met him. I highly recommend him.

I have been a patient of Dr. Shaw’s for over a decade. She is patient, kind, loving, so knowledgeable, and comforting. I had my daVinci complete hysterectomy on 11-13-17 after many years of trying different ways to “deal” with my periods, etc. she eased my anxiety and has been so wonderful. I also wish she could be my PCP, as I am going to miss seeing her! Thank you Dr. Shaw.

The premier hysterectomy alternative treatment physician in Chicago. When he reviewed my case, we scheduled surgery. Yes, I am getting a hysterectomy, but he is the one surgeon for fibroids in Chicago who views hysterectomy as the final option. No b.s.. but still kind.

I highly suggest this doctor, because she believed in me, understood my situation and my life of pain, over 26 years in pain, every single month in extreme Endometriosis pain and discomfort.
How did I find her? My family doctor recommended someone else at first. I looked up that doctor and didn't feel like he was a match for my situation, so I looked online for a local surrounding clinic. I called Stoughton, WI, SSM Health/Dean Medical Groups clinic and was given: Dr. Rebecca R. Faber's name.
