An abnormality was discovered during a routine physical with my gynecologist. After an ultrasound and two CT scans I was referred to Dr. Weiss for surgery. As a nurse my mind ran rampant with worst-case scenarios but his calm demeanor and willingness to answer questions put both me and my husband at ease. I left that appointment with the first glimmers of hope that the outcome would be good.
I subsequently had a total abdominal hysterectomy for what turned out to be a large, benign ovarian cyst. Both my gynecologist and primary care physician had me expecting a finding of ovarian cancer. Only Dr. Weiss remained optimistic.
As a healthcare professional and a patient, I emphatically recommend Dr. Weiss for his clinical skill, caring manner and attitude that his patients matter to him.

Dr.Moradi saw me for a large fibroid which was making things unbearable. Frequent bathroom trips, leg pains from the pressure of the fibroid pressing agaisnt my vessels made me unable to sleep at night, It also was pushing against my intestines, and making my bladder drop. I saw him and he explained everything that could possibly be wrong, and he told me the best bet for my age [ 53 ] would be removing everything which is a total hysterectomy, which would prevent any reoccurance of possible fibroids growing back, and eliminating any possibilty of ovarian cancer. I found Dr. Moradi to be informative, caring, and I put my trust in him. After the procedure was over, he continued to show me excellence care that I have recieved prior to the surgery.

I went to Dr. Seckin for a second opinion after I was diagnosed with uterine fibroids by my regular gynocologist, who suggested open surgery to remove them, or possibly a partial hysterectomy . However, I felt uncomfortable with open surgery and the lack of options that he provided me with, so I began my internet search to gather as much information as I could about fibroids and what procedures were available for women with this condition. I liked what I found about Dr. Seckin, including the recommendations I found here on this site, and proceeded to make an appointment to see him.
I was a little nervous about seeing a doctor that I found on the internet
without the recommendation of anyone I knew. But when I met with Dr. Seckin, I was put at ease not only by his knowledge, but also by his confident and caring manner. I felt very comfortable with him and decided to have a laproscopic myomectomy.

She is concerned about my total well being:spiritual, physical and mental. She answers all of my questions and puts me at ease. She is firm when necessary and she always has a hug for me. I just love her. I have been her patient for 7 years.
This is THE NICEST man! I went to him after 3 failed prostate operations where I live had caused damage. He diagnosed my problem and then FIXED it finally. He was incredibly prefessional, carring and appeared to be brilliant from his extensive list of publications. Although I did NOT care for the favility where he works (UAB) I very much liked him personally and thought he did an excellent job. I ended up at another location after he operated on me because another of my problems from the initial failed TURPS was not a specialty of his. He is INTERNATIONALLY known and I would definitely reccomend him to others.
I once met his mom in an airport waiting room and she was nice too!

He is the nicest man....Kind, carring, non-judgemental and thorough. Of all the urologists I have sen everywhere in the past five years, he is just the best. I have sent numerous patients to his practice or directly to him and ALL have been well pleased. He has won many awards for his work to promote prostate screening in the state.

I cannot imagine giving birth to my son without Dr. Horlacher.
I chose to give birth naturally and after four easy hours of contractions, my son decided to turn his head, leaving me pushing for almost three hours.
I have always heard that Dr.s show up at the last minute, just to catch the baby. Not Dr. Horlacher. He stood by me the entire time, coaching me, messaging me and mostly giving me his patience and faith that I could deliver without intervention. Most medical professionals would have given up and shipped me over for a c-section. Not Dr. Horlacher.
Not only did I not get a c-section, but I also did not have a single laceration. Even though I burst every blood vessel in my face and walked around for a week with blood shot eyes, I could get up, walk and play within two short days.

I highly recommend Dr. Ryder, he delivered my last 2 babies, the last one 6 years ago. He is soo gentle and talks to you so you understand what is going on, he listens and is very understanding. I did not even feel like I had a baby, my body felt great, I did not have any pain at all. I recently moved out of state, and I miss having him as a doctor, I cannot find a doctor like Dr. Ryder, I was very comfortable with him. All I can say is (I Miss You Dr. Ryder). Also you staff was great!!
That is also hard to find.

Dr. Krychman, was trained in Canada where his training was more intensified on Women's Sexual Health along with gynecology. I saw him at Memorial Sloan Kettering in New York with severe pelvic pain from a LEEP procedure. With this training he is more informed and concerned about Women's Sexuality and the effects of cancer surgery's physical effects on women's sexual health than any gynecologist that I have encountered, especially those trained in the United States. He realizes that each woman's sexuality is unique to her physical characteristics and not all women orgasm the same, as most gynecologist I have encounted seem to believe. He has written numerous books on the subject, and he is now the Director of Women's Sexual Health at the Hoagg Hospital in Newport Beach, California.

Dr. Koenigsberg performed surgery on me and did a wonderful job. I had dealt with crossed eyes for most of my lifetime. He was able to straighten them successfully and I have a huge improvement in confidence now. He took his time explaining the risks and benefits of various procedures and I found him and his staff to be very professional and knowledgeable. I wish there were more dedicated doctors like him out there.
Dr. Gill is an amazing gynecologist! I don't know where I'd be without him.
I had been suffering from endometriosis for many years. I saw 4 different OBGYNs and had multiple surgeries, including having my left tube and ovary removed at 26, but nothing seemed to work and they had pretty much told me there was nothing else they could do.
Then, I met Dr. Gill. I was pregnant and had many complications; broken ribs, torn cartilage between the ribs, severe abdominal pain, back pain, etc. I could call him at any time, any day, as many times as I needed and he never made me feel like I was inconveniencing him or freaking out over nothing. If I had any questions about anything he was very informative and made sure I understood. He even researched into different medications and other physical problems I was having and would get the information to me as soon as he learned something.

Dr. Smith has been my OB/GYN since July of 2005. Besides seeing her for my annual exams she has helped me through one successful birth, one ectopic pregnancy and is seeing me for my current pregnancy. I really respect Dr. Smith as a doctor and a person. I am always amazed at the things she remembers and the time she spends with me as a patient. In a time where doctors are busy and have lots of patients it's refreshing to find one that takes time to really talk to you and hear your questions and concerns. She is very straightforward and honest with you while at the same time shows you compassion as a patient. She also is very good at what she does and doesn't beat around the bush. She makes sure things are taken care of immediately. Of all the doctors I have had in different fields Dr. Smith is my favorite. I feel fortunate to have found her.

Dr. Zemmel was so professional and so helpful! Every step of the way he was there for me--from the consultation to my surgery to follow ups I always felt like he really cared and wanted to make sure I was 100% happy--and I am!
I would tell anyone interested in getting a breast augmentation that there is no where else in Richmond to go, I researched and met so many of the MDs and Dr. Zemmel made me feel the most comfortable and confident in his background and experience.
I feel so proud and happy with my new look! All thanks to Dr. Zemmel!

He has been my doctor for quite awhile and in my opinion very trust worthy, patient and a great listener. He always makes me feel at ease when I go in to see him and put's all my worries aside. I definently recomment him to friends as all my family already goes to him.....His staff are very exceptional also. You feel like family when you are first greeted and always there to help or discuss any questions that you may have.

I have been her patient for 25 years! She is just as compassionate today as she was when I walked into her office at the age of 25 - nervous and pregnant with my first child. When I had complications and was hospitalized during pregnancy, she sat at my bedside, helping us to make decisions and reassuring me while we waited and hoped for the medication to stop premature labor, She held my hand and encouraged me. She became not only my doctor, but also my friend. I moved to the southern part of Johnson County recently and changed all of my physicians - except for her! I would travel many miles to remain her patient. When I was diagnosed with cancer last year (unrelated to gynecology) I was touched and surprised that she took the time to send personal cards letting me know that she was thinking of me and praying for me. My children are now grown and I can only hope that she is still practicing when my daughters finally decide to have their own children.

Dr. VanDaele delivered my first born in 2008 during Hurricane Ike. My son was born premature at 34 weeks ,he wasnt breathing and he had no heart beat. Dr. VanDaele saved my sons life. She is very friendly and a wonderful Doctor I wouldnt change doctors even if I had to!
Dr. Mason is the best perinatalogist (high-risk OB). He makes everyone feel like you are his special patient & treats you as an individual patient - not like everyone else. He actually sits down & spends time with you. He is so caring and nice and down to earth.
He is also the dr that other dr's go to & send their wives to. And he was referred to me as a nurse that was patient of his. And she was referred to him by her dr saying "He's the dr I would go to if I were pg."
He gave me his pager nbr & told me to call HIM first before the office with any questions. With my last pg loss, instead of brushing it off as "nature's way," he looked into it. He ordered bloodwork & other tests & actually found the answer. He takes cases that other drs turn away.
When I had a problem over a weekend that he was out of town, he actually called ME when he got back in town to see how I was doing.
