I have to agree with the other post as to his incredibly calm demeanor. I have never been rushed through an appointment. He has had the same staff since I have been seeing him, which is over 13 years now. I get excellent care. Dr. Chern has an incredible bedside manner. I actually prefer to see him over my family doctor (when I can) because I don't feel like a number.

That being said, only once in all these years has he been late for an appt because of a delivery (you know those babies have a mind of thier own : ). He has delivered all of my children (one with complications) and performed my surgery. I have never had any complications from any hospital stay associated with pregnancies or surgeries from Dr. Chern.

I love him and his staff. They are so incredible.

Dr. Chern is a wonderful OB/GYN. His office staff is incredible. They are all very caring and personable and knowledgeable in his field. Dr. Chern always listens and answers any questions. I am a "facts" person, but I also sometimes just need that reassurance, and with Dr. Chern and his staff, I get both. And I have never felt rushed through an appointment. He has seen me through some bad paps and a LEEP procedure, and a complicated pregnancy. Dr. Chern's demeanor was so caring and calm that and helped to make things easier, and I have a beautiful, healthy child. Several women at my office see Dr. Chern and have for years. I would recommend him for both gyno and ob.
