Dr. Kroker *listened* to me describe my problems and was willing to treat me when many other doctors kept insisting I had nothing wrong, or at least not allergies. However, as Dr. Kroker read and heard my history, he *thought* about it during a very careful and "whole-picture" review, using actual, creative critical thinking, and he diagnosed me correctly and came up with a treatment plan that fits *me*.
He does NOT use a cookie-cutter mentality of mindlessly clicking a set of pull-down computer menus as a substitute for considered diagnosis. He does NOT diagnose based on simplistic "black and white" interpretations of a few routine test results, nor on mere "yes/no" interpretations of numbers that naturally fall into a range, and once he has made a diagnosis, he does NOT treat his patients with some "one size fits all" algorithm.
Rather, as I've said, he listens, he orders or repeats tests as appropriate and interprets them in a thorough and considered way, and he treats each individual case with the attention to detail it deserves, even when that means acknowledging that it may require some unique response on his part. And he follows through: I do not fear that I will "fall through the cracks" with Dr. Kroker as I have so many other doctors.
I am *very* grateful for Dr. Kroker's outstanding diagnostic skills, his respect for my story, my questions, and even my suggestions (which he corrects when needed), his extensive clinical experience, and his willingness to treat my case with individual attention. Now that I'm being treated properly and in a way that fits *my body*, my symptoms are *much* better. Thank you, Dr. Kroker.
