Dr. Mannan is a person first and foremost. He treats you with dignity and respect, as if you are actually intelligent enough to know why you are there! (absent from most dr's demeanors) He as a pediatrician was "assigned" to my son at his birth through Medicare, and treated me as if I was a high-dollar paying client from that moment forward. Thank you Dr. Mannan. Later I acquired Blue-Cross Blue-Shield and ever so rarely do I feel the need to see him (as I am one of those 'nut-jobs' who uses food and herbs and such to balance my health and that of my children, and apparently it is working). However I need to say that Dr. Mannan is the cream of the crop in his field, and if I were to be stumped health-wise, medically or such, he would be the first man I would go to in order to unravel any such mystery. He is foremost a humanitarian, a kind, gentle, decent person all the way around, and I have nothing but kind words for him. In fact when I refused to consent to my son's MMR shot, he staunchly defended the shot's safety, but respected my decision not to use it based on my gut feeling. I could see he was slightly uncomfortable, but respected me as a parent and let it go. I appreciated it immensely, and yay, my son never contracted these illnesses, and grew like a weed, and when I finally took him off gluten (recently), all the 'spaceyness' disappeared almost like a miracle within 4-7 days,( which I should probably report to him in case he was waiting for one more case study..)... So go Dr. Mannan, I love your unbridled support of the common man (woman) and will return to you if and when I need your services (only 7 years left) can't believe it went that fast... :)
