The first thing I wanted to say is the office staff in the Little Falls office is wonderful. They are polite, professional, friendly, and always remember who you are and greet you when you come through the doors!! The doctor spends enough time with you to make you feel comfortable and fully educated before expecting you to make any choices in treatment. It is also more comfortable speaking to someone while you are fully dressed, and not feeling rushed out the door!! He has had the same staff forever so I would venture to guess they adore him as much as his patients.

Dr. A. is the best doctor by far. He is not only the most knowledgeable in his field, but he always is right on top of any other medical issues I may be having. He helped me through my years of endometriosis and with the pregnancies of my 4 children. I have been going to him for 20 years and love him. He is kind, compassionate and really listens. My husband always says he wishes he wasn't just an ob/gyn because he really trusts him and likes him also. His staff, Jean, Maxine and Carol are wonderful also. They always make you feel so comfortable. If you need a doctor, give him a call!!

After I heard 2 other women in my office raving about Dr. Ahluwalia and how easy their hysterectomy's went I finally asked about him. Everything they raved about was right. He was wonderful. I have/had endometriosis and was in alot of pain alot of the time. He gave me two options, either he could excise (not burn but actually cut out) the endometriosis or hysterectomy and it was totally my choice. Because of years of surgeries to remove the endometriosis and pain I opted for hysterectomy. This guy is what I would consider the best. He pioneered laparoscopy (sp?) which made me think he would be top of the line and very knowledgeable. I was right. The surgery consisted of three teeny tiny holes (I had a TLH) and within a few days I felt that I could have gone back to work. I actually had to force myself to stay out of work 2 weeks! He made everything seem so easy. He's very caring and will listen to what you have to say. Something else that made me feel so comfortable with him was that when we talked it wasn't with me naked in a paper gown sitting on a table with my legs swinging...no, we spoke in his office so there was no intimidation. Great doc!!!!!!
