He has been available to us 24hrs a day and his office and staff have provided all of the materials and information we needed from the first consultation through the entire process. Dr S and his whole staff went above and beyond with all of my surgeries. I was well taken care of, appointments to monitor progress and even after hours calls if something was of concern. Then after my second surgery on my tummy tuck I just wasn't pleased with the scar and minor dog ear he fixed it free of charge just so I would be happy. That is great customer service!
