Dr Iglesia will be doing surgery on me this month. She (along with her associate, Dr Andrew Sokol) will be doing recto/cystocele repairs along with a Davinci hysterectomy. I've seen her four times since being referred by my GYN last Sept. Each time she has been cheerful, friendly, thorough, professional and very caring. Some of the tests and exams I've had to go through could be, to say the least, a bit humiliating. But Dr Iglesia has managed, by her demeanor, to help me feel very at ease during each visit. I am truly grateful to have her as a doctor. I went to see her for prolapse problems, but because of tests she requested atypical hyperplasia was diagnosed - hence the hysterectomy. Because of her thoroughness the pre-cancerous cells were discovered and will be taken care of. I am looking forward to life beyond my surgery and I appreciate Dr Iglesia's role in helping make it a better life.
