I went to see Dr. Wetzler about a year ago. I was have some issues with my knee. I had surgery that wasn't successful in ridding me of my knee pain and or inability to do certain things like squat, kneel, or go up steps. These things are a vital part of my job. When I saw Dr. Wetzler I had already been out of work for about 7 months, with no hope of going back to work. Dr. Wetzler heard me out and took action. He recognized that there was more work that needed to be done on my knee. I required a pretty big surgery to my left knee. Dr.Wetzler was wonderful pre/post surgery. Ten days after my surgery I had an accident and fractured my left tibia, the very same leg that I had the surgery on. It turns out that I needed additional surgery which required a hospital stay. Dr . Wetzler had a full day of surgery and a trip to help children in Jerusalem the very next morning. He completed his surgeries that day, went home brief to take care of some things and returned at 10pm and performed my surgery until midnight. He came in to check on me in the morning before he had to rush off to catch his flight. This is an example of how wonderful a human being he is, He truly cares about his patients. Dr. Wetzler was able to fix me and get me back to work. Words are not enough to express how grateful i am to him and his wonderful, wonderful staff. I would recommend him to anyone who wants a caring, attentive, funny doctor, who knows what he is doing. He gave me my life back!! I have seen a few Orthos and none even comes close to him.
