Dr Laroia was a great help to me when I needed a hysterectomy. I transferred from another Dr. who was not satisfactory and Dr Laroia's office got me in for a visit in less than a week and they were abe to use the da Vinci robotic system to do the surgery three weeks later.

. It was quick and easy surgery, no open incision, and I was hosting a big Thanksgiving dinner for 12 within a week. I was also back to work within 8 days or so. HIs office is professional and efficient and was courteous in every way. Transferring to Dr Laroia was the best decision I have made in years and I have sent several of my friends to him over the last year..

Dr. Laroia is a very experienced obstetrician and gynecologist who was a pioneer in introducing Robotic Gynecological Surgery in upstate New York.

I was referred to Dr. Laroia for a consultation and was extremely impressed by his knowledge, thoroughness, and willingness to spend as much time as needed to answer all of my questions.

As a result of the consultation, I decided to have the daVinci Hysterectomy.

My procedure was performed on 4/24/2009. I was very pleased with Dr. Laroia's bedside manner both before and after the procedure. He set my mind at ease before the procedure by explaining exactly what I could expect. After the procedure, he took the time to sit with me and explain exactly how the procedure went and again answered all of my questions.

I highly recommend Dr. Laroia, particularly if you are considering a hysterectomy. The daVinci Hysterectomy is the most non-invasive method of having a hysterectomy and I personally experienced very little pain with the procedure.
