This was my first experience with Dr. Lin, his bedside manner was very professional and caring. I was very anxious about my appointment and he was able to make me feel at ease, provided me with all the information I needed and allowed questions from myself and my daughter. His staff was very courteous and professional. I was early for my appointment and was escorted to the examination room, no waiting time whatsoever. Dr. Lin's demeanor was very soft and caring. Dr. Lin is a dermatologist , he examined me for a mole of possibly cancerous nature. Dr. Lin asked if I would like to get it removed and biopsied, which was done in a matter of minutes. Dr. Lin told me that he would get in touch with me about the results of the biopsy, I trust that he will. Dr. Lin was very pleasant and comforting. I did not feel rushed at all.
