Dr. Black is a specialist in Chronic Fatigue Immune Dysfunction Syndrome and Fibromyalgia (CFIDS and FM). She is well researched, has an amazing bed side manner, and truly cares about her patients. She constantly reviews medications to ensure that things are working in the utmost way to relieve CFIDS symptoms or to avoid problems in the future.
When I had excessive bleeding due to fibroids, she talked with me over the phone, arranged all the medications, and checked back. When I finally had the hysterectomy, she and Dr. Lapp set forth an excellent protocol for anesthesia, testing, and follow up. I think my overall suffering from needing surgery while already disabled with CFIDS was assisted by Dr. Black's excellent care.
