Extremely thorough, compassionate, and knowledgeable. Dr. Brown refuses to "double-book" patients as he believes this is counter-productive and the patient suffers. Not only does he have his office hours, but he is on-call for all three major hospitals within the Permian Basin. Dr. Brown also utilizes his private practice as a teaching facility for medical students, which is wonderful.
The office staff are extremely helpful and efficient, always with a smile, and I am greeted as soon as I walk in the door. It could have been 6 months since I have seen them, but they remember my name and ask about my children, grandchildren, etc. Whenever I have a question concerning my medications, or an appointment, I know I can be assisted by the end of the day. Insurance deductibles, co-pays, etc. are always explained upfront and in a language I can understand!!
I would never consider any other neurologist!
