I have been going to Dr. Wilbanks for around 4 years now. He delivered my first child, who came a month early and was on point with his diagnoses and on time perfectly for her delivery. He has performed three surgeries on me, two minor and one major, to which I am completely satisfied with the outcomes from each one. He is always direct with instructions I have been given on any subject, and listens with open ears to my problems when I come to him. He doesn't just give me medicine and send me on my way, he explains what he knows about my issues, and we work on it from there. He refers me to the best doctors outside of his field, to which I totally trust his opinion as my history with him has been nothing but 100% positive. I have recommended him to anyone and everyone that I know and even don't know at all! I wish that he could be my doctor for every single thing, and I am so serious about that. I am not your average person, and definitely not your average patient as my body doesn't mix with medicines like everyone else's does. Or to put it another way, I am a very difficult patient, and Dr. Wilbanks will tell me what I need to know instead of sugar-coating things or making them sound good when they aren't or suggesting something that doesn't make sense. He helped me through my first child-birthing experience completely behind me every step of the way. He performed an incision and drainage on a very tender specific problem that had occurred and took care of it within a few days, to the point that it was completely gone because of his expertise and professionalism from his decision. That particular problem would've ended up being a seriously life threatening issue, and he flipped the whole situation around and fixed it before it could change into something worse. I am recently recovering from my most recent surgery, to which Dr. Wilbanks did not take lightly to as I am 26 years old with only one child, but he helped me decide that a total hysterectomy was the best option for me because of the endometriosis he discovered from the laparoscopy he performed around a month and a half ago, along with other constant problems to which he referred me to another great specialist that was also highly recommended by their patients. The three little incisions he made for my surgery, are so perfect, you wouldn't even know that I just had surgery if you didn't know me or if you just saw the incisions by themselves. I have had several different professional opinions on this touchy subject and I am completely satisfied with the choice I made by allowing Dr.Wilbanks to perform this specific surgery as I knew going into all of this long process that he would stand behind me 100%.
