Urogynecology out of Mt. Sinai Hospital in NY> I had surgery by him and he cured me. I had many previous surgeries by other MDs in NJ to cure incontinence. After the first surgery, I could not pee, and then had urgency/frequency. I also had a interstim implant by Dr. Vapnek, which greatly improved me, but Dr. Garely cured me by lifting up my vagina ( and bladder )with surgery, and did a posterior repair.
