Dr. Carmelo Hernandez is the best Gynecologist I have seen. He is very kind, knowledgeable, and does not rush you when you are in his office, and have questions. He also has a great sense of humor, which for me is a huge plus as it puts me at ease.
I was referred to Dr. Hernandez due to a CAT scan showed that my uterus was abnormal. He did a hysterectomy, explained all of my options, and together we forged a plan. During my hysterectomy, due to my cesarean section years ago adhesions grew into my bladder, and during the surgery my bladder was torn. I had to have a Foley placed due to the bladder being torn. One week later Dr. Hernandez set up an xray with contrast to make sure my bladder was good, and he actually came and helped with the xray, and held my hand.
Dr. Hernandez is truly an amazing doctor!
