I have been a patient of this outstanding physician for 12 years, as has my wife. She is quite simply a superb doctor who sets a very high standard of excellence in the care she provides. Without a doubt, I would not be writing this commendation had she not been my primary care physician.. I would not be alive. I have worked and lived all over the world and I must say that routine family medicine, urgent care,,and even treatment if I am diagnosed as a terminal patient I trust no other physician with my life and that of my family members. She sets a standard of care that other doctors can only strive to achieve.
Doctor Kaluza invariably has a smile on her face, is upbeat, caring, and empathetic to her patient's situation. She refers our family to tried and true specialists when that is necessary, never rolling the dice with patient health. She has a deep understanding of people, their anxieties when confronted with serious medical issues, and always follows up when it is needed (phone call or other communique).
When I enter her office, I go there knowing that, whatever the condition I have, it will be dealt with professionally, with the highest degree of competence and caring. No shortcuts happen in her practice and, in all the years I have been a patient of hers, I have yet to ever hear one negative about her from anyone... not something I can say about all doctors.
