I was referred to Dr. Gentry after having an Ectopic Pregnancy that ruptured. He has a wealth of knowledge and experience. From the very first appt when I was in severe pain, he presented me with a plan and was on top of my case. I went on to try fertility meds with 2 ovaries and 1 tube. He and his staff take the time to explain and answer any ? that we had. We ended up going thru 2 rounds of IVF and became pregnant with our son. After I went to him, I found out my sister-in-law went to him and I have twin niece and nephew that are now healthy 8 year olds.

Years later I went back to him to treat me for thyroid problems. He is very good at treating women who have conditions that are not for infertility. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Dr. Gentry is a very wonderful doctor who specializes in fertility but also endometriosis. He is very interested in the concerns and the needs of his patients and spends all of the time the patient needs to answer any and all quesition and concerns. He is very knowledgible and keeps up to date on all current health issues.

Dr. Gentry is with Advanced Fertility. I didn't go to him for his expertise in fertility but for endometriosis. He is wonderful, caring, cheerful, and very knowledgible. He is very up-to-date on all of the issues and newest advances that relate to his field. He completely explains what is going on and exactly what all of the choices are. He doesn't make haste decisions but makes the best ones available.

He did a hysterectomy on me. He tried for a year to reduce the amount of pain the endometriosis was causing but in the end adenomyosis was suspected. He would have continued to try to end the pain but I asked him to do the surgery and his diagnosis was correct--adenomyosis.

I continue to go to him. I feel so confortable in his judgement concerning the balancing of my hormones and I feel that if by any chance the endometriosis does return, it will not be of any errors he made in my care but that it was something that did happen.

There are a lot of doctors who claim to know about the modern and up-to-date information for the treatment of endometriosis but they don't. Dr. William Gentry is a specialist in this field and I recommend to everyone I meet who is in need of any of his specialties.
