This doctor is one of the brightest FP's I know (I am in the medical field and know quite a few). I would rate him #1 out of top100 family practice physicians nationwide. His bedside manner is excellent, he works towards a diagnosis when one does not present itself as textbook or jump out at you, and has genuine empathy towards his patients. Even when most specialists in the field of othopaedics and internal medicine could not figure out what was going on, he diagnosed it in a matter of minutes AND did all of the footwork for the specialists on conveying diagnostic information to me. Very rare to have a very smart, intuitive, and friendly doctor all in one...a diamond in the rough.

Dr. Doug Hansen has been truly amazing! I have a very complicated medical history and his patience, compassion, and commitment to making sure I receive the very best that Denver medicine has to offer seems to have no limits. Every member of my family (including extended family) has their needs taken care of by the Foothills Family Practice staff. Doctors Mike Dunn and Doug Hansen run their practice with a commitment to quality versus quantity, treating a tremendous variety of conditions and all age groups.
