Dr. Ballas is a WONDERFUL Doctor, not only for the treatment I recieved before and after my total Hyster. but as a GYN. and as a person.

I frist came to Dr. Ballas when I was 23and he opened his new practice. I had been going to another GYN. for years and still having tons of unexplaines pain and problems and at 23 with no children I was told by her that a Hyster. was recommended to cure my problems. The thought at 23 of never having children( I was already married for 2 years) was horrifying. I was driving home from work one day and looked at a billboard and saw an add for a new Doctor in our area and thought I would get a fresh new opinion. I made an appointment and in my first visit he saw how distraught I wasand cleared his appointments took me in his office and looked up all of the info on my case and printed up articles
and explained to me what my problem was (It had A name?? and other people had it and it was tolerable and I did not need a HYsTER>!! atleast not at 23 and before I had kids!!!) So at this point I was Extatic!!! The name of my condition was PCOS (polycystic ovarian syndrom) After that appointment we started some treatments and I now have 2 wonderful children and at the age of 30. I am almost 1year post op and although I have had alot of complications (not due to the doctor) He has been a GODSEND! I would reccomend him to anyone for any type of female issue. He is a caring compassionate man who tells it in normal terms not "doctor talk" . He has been a wondrful addition to this area, and you can tell just by saying his name to anyone in this area and their face lights up and they say he is such a good doctor! I could never Thank him enough for all he has done for me!
