I had a vaginal hysterectomy and bilateral salpingo-oophorectomy. Dr. Nelson was very tuned into me and my needs and questions. She is very soft-spoken, gentle and exrtremely knowledgeable in her field. She called me often to check up on me, both pre and post op. I would highly recommend her to any woman looking for a doctor at the top of her field!

Dr Beth Nelson is an excellent doctor. I have been seeing her for a number of years. Out of all of the physicians I have dealt with over my medical history she is by far the absolute best. She is very caring, compassionate and so willing to make your difficult experience as easy as she possibly can. She performed my hysterectomy a couple of years ago. I was an unusual case and she made me feel very comfortable with what was going on. Her bedside manner is so terrific. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a gynelogical oncologist in the Hartford area.
